I have a 2000 Jetta GLS 2.0 with about 200,000 miles on it. The check engine light has been on for some time but the car ran fine. I had to fix the CEL issues in order to pass California smog. The main issue is error code P0431. The engine runs very rough, has little power, and seems to be in limp mode. Hesitation/jerking
So im working on my buddys 03 1.8t 5 speed and its having hesitation/jerking @3k rpms at WOT does fine at part throttle. We changed his spark plugs because they were toast a little better but still pretty bad were checking for vacuum leaks tomorrow and changing the fuel pump tomorrow any one else have a idea on what it could be or what else to check while we take it apartSent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk 2 |

No power to fuses
| 2001 Jetta 1.8t, have been having a few issues with this little car. The newest one is it wont start, cranks like crazy but no spark or fuel. Fuel pump does not cycle when I turn the key on. I checked the fuses and there is no power into or out of fuse numbers 28, 32, 34, 43. According to the fuse box map these are kinda important fuses lol.
