2008 Jetta Wolfsburg ac/heat blower just stopped working, thinking fuse or relay. Can anyone tell me where they are located? It's really cold here and the only thing saving me is the heated seats.:)

Before it stopped working, did the fan work on the highest speed setting?
I'm thinking it's your blower motor resistor. I just did mine on my Mk III not too long ago, hopefully it's similarly easy. If it's not a fuse, pop off the lower dash panel on the passenger side, and get access to the blower motor. The resistor should be bolted to that. Pull it off and inspect it for cracks, water damage, or bad wiring. Replace it if it's bad and enjoy your climate control system again.
