Black 2000 Vr6 Jetta

This is my Jetta and its got 138,xxx miles
Its lowered and some whack springs but looks good.
Carbon fiber/mesh grill
17" Black 5 star AMP rims with chrome edge(and 1 random chrome spoke..)
Magnaflow exhaust and muffler
Black headlights(stock style) and taillights(altezza style)
Short shift kit
and thats pretty much it...No engine mods cuz i have No money haha

good headlights...

You have some good ideas with the drop, the bigger wheels, and smoked markers on a black "JET", however you will most likely not make too many friends with that particular grill, folgers can exhaust, tails, and those rims.

It's a VR6
It's black
The headlights are nice
I personally like red brake calipers on a black car.

The ok things:
Springs. Good place to start but if you want to get low get coilovers

The bad:
Everything else done to the car that was not previously mentioned.

oh boy ...........ever have that feeling when u know ur gonna come up short on jump with a dirtbike or 4 wheeler and say to urself, ohh shit this is gonna hurt, i have that feeling about this lol. here's a tip man, go into the Noob section at the top of the MKIV section and make some drastic changes asap. also the cosmetic section would be a good place to read up on.

And ill be honest im not a huge fan of the taillights i just would rather have black ones. Whats the problem with the muffler?? I know its not euro but it sounds best..everything else turned out too raspy so thats where i ended.

Previous owner needs to be punched in the nut sack for buying those wheels. You need to be slapped for buying the grille and the altezzas. Put your stock tails on and if you must, VHT nightshade them, but personally I like all reds on black VW's, just my opinion though. The exhaust tip is f*cking ridiculously huge and unnecessary. I have a dual tipped magnaflow exhaust that sounds amazing, go to the exhaust system n00b guide and find the exhaust video thread and listen to my car, I have 2 different videos, 2nd is better.

So if this were my car, I would do the following:

Ditch the wheels
...tail lights
...grille
...muffler
..."JET" badge

Get coilovers
...Longbeaches/Monte carlos ATLEAST
...Stock all red or GLI tails
...Badgeless grille
...Dual tip magnaflow muffler

But again, it's your car. If you like it, good for you.
