anyone know what this code mean 17584 - Bank1: O2S (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst: Control Limit Reached?

Found on the vortex...

* VW DTC 17584 (P1176) - O2 Correction Behind Catalyst, Bank 1 Limit Attained

It basically means that the post-cat O2 sensor heater element is not working correctly.
Now that could mean the actual sensor is toast and need replacement...
Or the wiring from the ECU to the post-cat O2 sensor is cut / spliced somewhere.
Verify that wiring is good; if so, the post-cat O2 sensor needs replacement.
