Hubcaps

Someone took my hubcaps this weekend so it looks like i'm gonna be rocking steelies for a while. Now here is my problem. I am a broke college kid so I can't afford custom wheels, plus I pretty much have brand new tires so I have no interest in trading for nice aftermarket wheels but with **** rubber.

Here is my question. Has anyone ever mounted/know if it is possible to run a Baby Moon style hubcap on a stock 16" VW Steel wheel on my 2008 Jetta? Not lowered (yet). No mods.

No way to mount or secure baby moon's. 3M tape or "no more nails" isn't going to cut it.

correct. Moons are meant for inset steelies, i.e. smoothies. However, post 68 AC steelie hubs will work.

but they make custom caps that can be inserted to work. I dont remember who makes them but so some google searching.

I was going this route before i ended up selling my car.

^now there on my 72 haha
