Thread: 2014 Jetta Cigarette lighter fuse

Default 2014 Jetta Cigarette lighter fuse

Anyone have any idea where I can find a fuse diagram/map for the 2014 Jetta. Specifically, my cigarette lighter/12V charging outlets do not work and I suspect that it is a fuse issue. I opened the fuse compartment, and it is not immediately apparent which fuse is the culprit.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Might have to pull each one to see if any are blown. Worst case is that you have to reset your clock and radio stations.

The owner's manual for my '14 GLI states something along the lines of "at the time of the printing of this manual, a specific listing of fuse assignment was not available".

I thought to myself, well that was helpful

I have been looking as well, no detail in the owners manual....

Bumped and old thread, as I would like a detailed diagram as well, PDF, whatever...

    Here we go!

    http://www.justanswer.com/vw-volkswa...-vw-jetta.html

Scroll ALL the way down to the bottom, the designations, info, and AMPs are
listed. Copy and paste it into WORD for a nice formatted version.

    I found an easy way:

Applies to any car really, just make a fuse holder jumper,
remove the existing fuse, and plug in into the correct
leg location with the B+ source.
