Where can I buy the replacement parts that you can see cracked/mushed in this photo? I keep finding websites that either make me buy all the parts separate and hence expensive, or all together but with the Euro license plate holder. I don't care if it's black, blue, or chrome. I just need to fix/replace it.

This is a 2006 Jetta tdi.

The GTI/GLI grill fits your car but the VW emblem is a different piece so if you go with a GTI/GLI grill, you will need a new VW emblem to fit the GTI/GLI grill.

Is that a vinyl? Or a removable cover?

No, just a flat black primered $74.00 bumper cover... The detail says Plastic, CAPA
    certified.

I know this is an older thread, but for reference purposes, RockAuto has those chrome pieces for around $25.
