Default 2000 JETTA 1.8T PCV Problem?

brought my jetta in and they told me oil had gotten into the turbo lines. they said i should replace my pcv valve. i called the VW parts store looking for the part and they said there isnt a set PCV valve on the car. he told me i should buy a PCV Breather Hose. does that sound correct? how can i tell if that hose is in fact bad? the car was brought in becuz ive noticed a little loss in power. here is a picture of my engine, can anyone give me more information and point out where some of these parts are?
    thanks guys

would it make sense to replace the valve solenoid first?
